I have always been a great music lover, and what a joy it was (and is), to discover how important music is for healing, and meditation. I am always eager to purchase new music at my center, and the Masters always seem to know which music or CD will be best for me. I agree with Helen. Since I was a child I have loved music. I remember getting a little transistor radio for my 13th birthday, and taking it with me everywhere I went - especially to bed, and listening to a great big radio station in Oklahoma. Over the years, I got a better music system, but my love for music continued to expand. Now I like all types of music, and I really can feel music make my soul happy. I think one of the reasons Dahn Yoga is so successful, is because of the music played in every training is always so perfect. That is so true. Since I was a child I have loved music.
