Feeling the Brain through the Energy of Life
In order to fully experience BR’s initial stage you must stimulate and awaken all of your body’s senses. Through Dahn Yoga Strengthening and Intestinal Exercise, you release tension in your body, relax your muscles, and calm your mind. In the ensuing experience of outer comfort and inner peace, you will be able to feel the subtle current of energy flowing through your body as you undergo the Ji-gam training. At this state of heightened sensitivity and awareness, you will be able to awaken the full potential of your brain by stimulating it with the flow of Ki energy that you direct with the power of your concentration.
Awakening the brain involves consciously sensing the individual layers of the brain, and stimulating the dormant neural connections with a charge of fresh energy. You will, perhaps for the first time in your life, think of the brain as a part of your own body. It is very important for you to maintain a state of relaxed concentration in order to maximize the benefits of Ji-gam training exercises. You need to sustain a tangible sensation of energy in order to feel your brain through its flow. In short, you are using your awareness of energy as a medium for communication between your consciousness and vour brain.
