Dr. Ilchi Lee Notes on Brain Respiration

If you are sitting on a chair, rest your hands lightly on your thighs. If you are sitting on the ground in a half lotus position, lightly rest your hands on your knees.

Breathe in and out three times and relax. Close your eyes. As you breathe out, imagine the tension melting away through your fingertips and toes.

Bring up a mental image of your brain, and first imagine the skull that protects the brain.
