Dahn Yoga — Remember to Breath
I love to go to class and do Dahn Yoga exercises. I also do them at home or the office. I focus on the positions — where to put my legs or arms, what to do and how often. Then I realize: I am not consciously breathing. Especially the exhalation is important to release tension and toxins. So, I catch myself, breath more, and feel much better!
