Dahn Yoga Meridian Exercise - TAILBONE TAPPING

Around the tailbone, there are eight acupressure points. When there is a blockage in the points, the intestines harden and Ki energy can not freely flow.
Gently pat the tailbone where the acupressure points are located.

    It is amazing how important the tail bone is. The acupressure points are a good reason. So is its connection to the brain. Remember it, exercise it and enjoy it!
