Dahn Yoga Meridian Exercise - LIVER DISORDERS 2
EXPANDING CHEST WITH ARM RAISING
1. Extend arms parallel to the floor with your palms down.
2. Inhale, and raise your left arm up slowly with your palm facing inside.
3. Simultaneously extend your right arm alongside your thigh, hip, and beyond your body.
4. Exhale and return to STEP1.
5. Alternate arms. Repeat three times.

Too often my liver is sensitive or painful to my touch. I guess it is too much anger stored there. This exercise is a good one.
