Dahn Yoga Meridian Exercise - KNEELING BACK BEND

This is good exercise for woman.

1. Kneel with your toes flexed under you.
2. Grasp your ankles with your hands.
3. Inhale and raise your abdoman.
4. Exhale and return.

TIPS
Do not overdo this exercise if you have back pain or hypertension.

    I like this exercise. It is good for my lower back, which needs a lot of help these days!
