Dahn Yoga and My Wandering Mind

It is so easy when doing Dahn Yoga exercises to let the mind wander. We are told, Where the mind goes, the energy goes. And the goal of the exercises is for new energy to flow and heal us and give us the vitality for living. So, if I am stretching my lower back — which really needs it — I need to keep my mind in my lower back, or else the effect of the exercise is much reduced.
