The Case for Brain Wave Vibration

This is about a training technique so easy to understand that you really don’t need a book about it. The technique is Brain Wave Vibration, a healing and self-development method that anyone can learn in two minutes. This method is so simple, in fact, that complete instructions could easily fit on a single piece of paper.

So why, you may ask, would I bother with this book? Why not just pass out photocopies of that single sheet of paper? Or maybe post a video on YouTube or spread it through Internet discussion boards? Well, because I want you to understand just how deeply transforming this method can be, and I want to share my passion for it with you. I think it can change people’s lives for the better, and I am hoping you will discover the same.

Brain Wave Vibration is so simple that it is difficult for most people to believe, which is why I make my case to you through this book. I am not only arguing for the method itself. Rather, I wish to convey that vou have tremendous untapped power with-in you—power to heal, to create, and to love—that is waiting just below the surface of your being. Brain Wave Vibration exists solely to help you uncover that natural ability.

Stop tapping and rest

Touch your heels together, tap your toes together, and then part the toes again, trying to touch the sides of the feet on the ground. Repeat several times in quick succession. Adjust speed on the motion depending on comfort level, but repeat at least 50 times without stopping.

When you begin to feel fatigued, slowly stop tapping and rest. Feel the subtle vibration going through the end of the toes to the knees, thighs, hips, and waist and to the top of the head. Challenge yourself to do a greater number of repetitions each time you practice.

Energy Meditation

This exercise will help you learn to sense the presence of energy. Its traditional name, Ji-gam, means “stop thinking,” and this is essentially the goal—to stop thinking. It requires deep, relaxed concentration, the perfect remedy for stressed-out brains. You should be as relaxed as possible before attempting this exercise, so stretch your body or use other forms of Brain Wave Vibration before you begin.

Toe-Tap Vibration

This is another form of Brain Wave Vibration that can help heal many physical problems, including headaches, insomnia, and circulation problems. Like Abdominal Vibration, Toe-Tap Vibration helps return the body’s energy balance to a healthy state by bringing energy down to the lower body. It is also a very good mind-body coordination exercise.

Toe-Tap Vibration is also a great brain-body coordination exercise. Because the feet are so far away from the brain, you may find that at first they do not want to cooperate! But keep working at it and keep trying to increase your speed and the evenness of the rhythm.

Acupressure points that are stimulated during this exercise

The feet also contain a wide variety of acupressure points that are stimulated during this exercise. Because all the energy lines in the body end in the feet, you can energize your whole body when you stimulate your feet.

1. Lie down on the floor comfortably. Place your arms and legs on the floor and close your eves. Breathe in and out several times to release excess tension.

2. As you are lying there, gently shake your head from side to side, allowing your shoulders, arms, legs, and your whole body to relax. Imagine that all your stress is melting into the ground.

Inhale through your nose and exhale through your mouth, making a whooshing sound. Repeat this 3 times.

Ilchi Lee Sedona Stress Release

One study found that workers who got together to participate in group drumming gained a much more positive outlook about their work and developed a sense of community with their co-workers. Researchers concluded that drumming circles provided a great release for the workers’ stress and that the practice could reduce worker burnout significantly, leading to a reduction in employee turnover (Stevens).

When people go out to a night club or blast the latest pop tunes from their car stereos, they are, in a sense, “self-medicating” their own brain waves. Typically, these songs have very heavy beats, which allow the brain to settle down to a more primitive, pre-rational state of being, in much the same way that tribal drumming helps produce subconscious, trance like states in primitive healing practices. Of course, the effects are not quite so dramatic, but the constant, heavy beat does provide the brain a chance to “simmer down,” escaping from the constant left-brain, prefrontal cortex activity that modern life demands. So the next time you see the guy in the car next to you bobbing his head up and down to the rhythm of the latest top-ten hit, you can think to yourself, “Oh! He knows Brain wave Vibration, too!”

Ilchi Lee Brain Education Article

The goal of Brain Wave Vibration is to completely quiet the mind so that the latent powers of the brain can come to the forefront. However, this is not so easy for most people, since they are accustomed to constant, habitual chatter in their minds. Instead of vainly trying to shut off your mind, you can concentrate on a single positive thought. Choose something highly empowering that relates to your personal vision. For example, it could be something as simple as, “I am whole. I am one.” Chant this to yourself, either silently or aloud, as a personal mantra while you practice. Through this process, the vibrations of your own voice will add to the overall effect on your brain waves and will strengthen your transformational intent. If you have any weakness, pain, or disease in your body, you can also say the name of that particular body part as you practice Brain Wave Vibration. For example, if you are having a problem with your heart, then repeat a simple, affirmative statement, such as “Healthy heart, healthy heart.”

Breathe well.

Because of our rushed, stressful way of life, most of us do not breathe properly. Our breath becomes shallow and unstable. Do not force your breath, but locus on breathing naturally while you are practicing Brain Wave Vibration. Focus on exhaling completely because this will help you release tension from the body Also, open your mouth a little bit to allow your breath to flow freely. Imagine that you are expelling all the negative energy from your body through your mouth and nose.

Dahn Yoga Dallas

You can practice Brain Wave Vibration just about anywhere, but you will find that different locations provide different effects. You can easily practice right at your desk with simple versions of Brain Wave Vibration, such as the Head Nod, even in the middle of a busy office. However, sometimes you may wish to go more deeply into the vibration than that sort of environment will allow. In that case, it is ideal to practice in a quiet place with few distractions where no one will interrupt. If you have a chance to do so, it is also a good idea to practice with others at a training center. When practicing with others, a resonance of the brain waves occurs that deepens the experience and enhances the effect.

Be confident.

This method is so simple that it can be mastered just by reading this book. However, when trying it for the first time, it is natural to feel awkward about the process and to wonder if your posture is correct. You may worry about looking silly, or you may have some doubts about the method’s validity. Try to empty your mind of these thoughts and just follow the natural wisdom of your body. Remember that there is no right or wrong way to practice. If you are sincere and are willing to focus on yourself, your results will be excellent.
