This is true of high-profile women as well. Recently, E! Online shared photographs of Hollywood leading ladies January Jones and Alyssa Milano, both pregnant and engaging in prenatal yoga classes.
Jones was spotted walking to class in a comfortable black sweatshirt and loose pink tank top, while Milano opted for a roomy white tank top and gray pants. Both carried yoga mats to their respective studios, where they undoubtedly performed the breathing techniques, gentle stretches and soothing poses that are the cornerstones of the holistic Eastern art.
Whether a woman is a celebrity or not, pregnancy is a good time to incorporate a gentle mind-body regimen such as yoga in order to help ensure the baby's well-being.
