The Salt Lake Tribune recently reported that the health benefits of yoga are plentiful, as it not only helps people get physically stronger, but also grounds them and helps them feel better in their own skin.

According to yoga instructor Scott Moore, the healing art is the process of discovering who one is by listening to one's body, breath and mind.

"Yoga gives you insight into who you are in a way that is practical, engaging and fun," he told the news source. "It makes you feel like a million bucks. Yoga means union and that all parts of the self are integral, connected."
