For Carol and Ben Thomas, their bonding activity is yoga, according to Delaware Online. Through participating in this practice together, they have improved their flexibility, strength and energy.
Although his wife loved it immediately, Thomas admitted that he needed a little more time to warm up to the technique.
"I came home and said, 'This is just awful. It's not athletic, you're not doing anything.' But I stuck it out and finally, at the last session, I said, 'When have I ever felt younger?'" he said, quoted by the source.
Since then, he hasn't turned back and has been doing yoga – and loving it – for eight years, right alongside his wife. Together they have relieved stress and achieved greater life balance.
