People often ask me, “What can we do to solve the world’s problems?”
Whenever people ask me those questions, I am reminded of the time I met VIPs from the United Nations. My guide at that time, to my great surprise and chagrin, introduced me as the “spiritual leader of the Orient of the type that only comes along once every century.” After such a hyperbolic introduction, I was immediately met with the question, “How can we solve the problem of religious wars in this world?” Then another question was thrown at me without giving me a chance to respond. “What can we do to solve the world’s racial conflicts?” Other questions about the environment, education, poverty, and drugs followed. “Is sex really a sin or is it okay?” another asked.
The fact was that these people who were asking me these questions were themselves experts in their respective fields. They knew more about the concrete aspects of these problems that they have asked about than I could ever learn in my lifetime, since they had just been discussing them without results in the UN before I came. With a wise and sublime look on my face, for I had to look the role that my introduction had just given me, I told them the answer was simple. Then they all looked shocked and waited eagerly for the answer.

See some lines by Ilchi Lee about Partner Exercises and Dahn Yoga
London Bridge:
1. Place your hands on the shoulders of your partner. Move your feet back as you bend your body forward. Both partners should bend forward, making a 90-degree angle at the waist.
2. Now, bounce your arms and torso down, counting up to 10. Keep your legs straight.
3. Twist your arms and waist to one side, and bounce 10 times again. Repeat on the other side.
Wheel Barrow:
1. Holds on to your partner’s ankles. The “wheelbarrow” straightens his or her body and walks forward on the hands.
2. Switch roles and repeat.

A review about natural healing ability of Sharon M. Everett, Mesa, AZ published by Ilchi Lee
“Some of the most amazing stories come from people suffering from progressively debilitating diseases. When conventional medicine cannot offer much relief, it is easv for these sufferers to give up the hope of ever returning to a state of real health. But Brain Wave Vibration offers them a new chance to search deeply into their body’s natural healing ability, and often the results are quite amazing.
I suffer from multiple sclerosis. I had to wear feet support in the socks and use a cane simply to walk. I could not move my feet for three years. Now I can lift my feet. I can even move furniture without help. Before, I fell out of balance when I pulled my head backward. Not anymore! Even my doctor is very surprised.”

When I started Brain Wave Vibration five months ago, I had intense fibromyalgia pain throughout my body. Today I can honestly say that I have no pain whatsoever. It has helped me become more balanced, focused, and strong as well. It is the best thing that could ever be. I feel that it keeps my brain happy, centered, and alive.
Yolandajaramillo, Mesa, AZ
A year and a half ago, I was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis. After 8-9 months of practice, I went in for a medical exam. To my doctor’s surprise, brain lesions disappeared from my MRI scan. He said this could not have been the medication I was taking. Also, I got half an inch taller!
I have been suffering with fibre-myalgia for twelve years. The fatigue was really debilitating; I was really not functioning, and it was beginning to wear me down. The benefits of Brain Wave vibration were immediate for me. My fatigue disappeared and my pain decreased significantly. Now, I am off medication, and my whole outlook on life has changed for the better.

Ilchi Lee writes in his book a review about headaches that “I have been doing Brain Wave Vibration over a month now and have experienced unexpected changes in my body. Now the horrible headaches that would visit me from time to time and knock me down are under control. The headache always hit me at any time that I was lacking sleep or or was under stress. Once the headache was ignited and was running its course, the pain escalated to full burning flames and then died down. So whenever I experienced the early sign of a headache, I would attempt stretching, walking, sleeping, and painkillers to deaden the pain…but it was to no avail.
Not too long ago, I started doing Brain Wave Vibration at the first sign of a headache. To my surprise, the pain did not escalate beyond a certain point. So I repeated Brain Wave Vibration every two hours. As a result, I finally became free from the headache by the end of the day. I got rid of even the remaining smolder of pain with Brain Wave Vibration exercise”. (In Young Oh, Korea)

The pain had gotten so bad that I knew I was beyond saving at this point. I just couldn’t stand the pain anymore, but I comforted and strengthened my will by telling myself “my body is mine, not me.” This naturally translated into my brain being mine, not me. Therefore, Ilchi Lee said it was only my brain hurting so badly, not me. So, if I left my body, then I would no longer feel such literally blinding and deafening pain. Boom! At the exact moment that thought crossed my mind, I found myself beyond my body, free of pain and in full clarity. With the loud boom, I felt the world open up before me, and an extremely soothing and refreshing feeling of cool warmth enveloped me.
In this incredible expanse of feelings, I heard a voice from the Heavens cry out, “Who am I!” Then the answer came, “I am the Cosmic Energy…” before my tongue started moving on its own and mouthing the phrase, “My energy is the Cosmic Energy, my mind is the Cosmic Mind. And vice versa. At this moment, I heard, with profoundness that I cannot describe, the sound of the universe breathing. It was the sound of my own breathing. The universe and I are not separate. Nature and I are one. I can be the stars, the Moon, and the Sun. When you see other people, you see the connections that they all possess through the Cosmic Energy. This is so, and I hadn’t realized it before.
