12 Human Technology Maxims for Authentic Living

Published by ann under General, Healing, Ilchi Lee

There is no expert for human experience.  Each of us is the specialist of our own lives.  Human Technology is about living a life of creation.

1.  Return to your breath and body as tools for your health.

2.  Breathe slowly, deeply and lightly, especially when you are upset.

3.  Keep a fire in the belly and a cool head.

4.  Celebrate your sexuality with purpose and responsibility.

5.  Listen for the voice of your soul until you find your passionate life purpose.

6.  Embrace suffering and emptiness as the foundation of enlightenment.

7.  Live as your soul directs with honesty, integrity, and diligence.

8.  Train your body so that change feels better than habit.

9.  Smile and be at peace for no reason.

10.  Recognize that you are what you choose and what you act.

11.  When you need an answer, ask your brain.

12.  Remember to exhale at the moment of death.

Earth Human

Published by lasvegasadmin under General, Ilchi Lee

peaceology1.JPG From ‘Peaceology’ book by Ilchi Lee

An Earth-Human is someone who realizes that Earth, and peace on Earth, are the central standards, by which we should measure all decisions. How can you know if you are making the right decision for the Earth? Just follow your conscience, for it is part of the soul of the Earth and the Cosmos. If our conscience stands for that divine scale within us, by which to judge the relative weight of options that face us, then the point on the scale that corresponds to zero is Earth. By calibrating our inner scales to the Earth, we are making Earth the standard by which to judge our options. In other words, Earth is the absolute value against which we may judge all other relative values.

Many people claim to love the Earth. However, what exactly does that mean? Just as loving home does not refer only to caring for the house, loving the Earth cannot be limited to environmental protection. Loving the Earth must include acknowledging her people as one unified community. We must then protect our home and our entire family. This is what loving the Earth can mean.

An Earth-Human has a connection to body, mind, and energy of the Earth. An Earth-Human knows he or she is one with the earth, and one with the whole of humanity. He or she therefore cares for and heals neighbors and family members with the unconditional love of the soul. An Earth-Human is a healer in every sense of the word. When our consciousness makes the leap and becomes Earth consciousness, we gain and group-egotism, and feel love for all of life on Earth.

Some people argue that we should not limit awareness to the Earth in this age of space travel and space stations. What they do not realize is that being truly aware of the Earth will allow us to gain awareness of the cosmos as well, for they are intimately interrelated. They are in fact, one. You will experience cosmic arareness when you become truly conscious of the Earth. To do so, you must be free of preconceptions and self-defeating ideas of limitation. Earth provides us with a matrix for the path to conscious evolution and cosmic awareness….

Wherever you are, whether it’s in your car, your kitchen, or in the bath, and you need a wonderful emotional lift, play some of your favorite tunes, and play them LOUDLY.

Let the music seep into every corner of your body and soul.  Your emotional energy is guaranteed to come out buzzing.

healing cookie - It’s okay

Published by goldenheart under Dahn Yoga, Energy Makeover

I read this in body & brain.

Wehn you’re tired and discouraged…
Sit your body down comfortably and breathe in deeply and quietly.
Make your mind look at your body.
And tell yourself this,
“It’s okay!”
The biggest encouragement always comes from within us.

Dahn Yoga — Relieving Headaches, from Head to Toe

Published by Larry Rosenberg under Dahn Yoga

Headaches are caused by stress in the head that becomes tension in the body, and finally the tension goes back into the head. Thus the ache there. Pressing on accupressure points in the head helps; also, tapping the parts of the skull and back of neck. Standing on a curved surface in bare or stocking feet will affect meridians or energy channels that extend all the way into the brain.

Dahn Yoga — Famous Intestine Exercise

Published by Larry Rosenberg under Dahn Yoga

Who would think that pulling in and pushing out your intestines — as you stand, sit or lay on the floor on your back — can do so much for your circulation, breathing and sense of well being. You accumulate more ki energy in your power center as you soften and strengthen your intestines, which have 70% of your body’s blood in them.

Dahn Yoga — Tapping Your Power Center

Published by Larry Rosenberg under Dahn Yoga

The abdomen in the Asian view of the body as an energy system is the power center of the body. Tapping it vigorously and many times as you stand with legs shoulder-width apart and knees slightly bent helps the intestines become soft and flexible. Moreover, the power center is awakened. You will experience an enhanced sense of confidence and well being too.
